Introducing the Welkin City Electric Bike, a sophisticated and efficient solution for urban commuting and leisurely rides. This e-bike is designed to offer an optimal blend of performance, durability, and convenience, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable riding experience.

The Welkin City Electric Bike features a powerful 36V 500W motor that can reach top speeds of 25-32 KM/H, making it perfect for navigating city streets and bike paths. It is equipped to handle gradients of up to 12°, thanks to its robust sine wave controller and 12-point speed sensor, providing seamless and responsive control.

Riders can easily monitor their speed and battery life with the 0-5 LCD panel, which supports multiple riding modes including power-assisted, pure electric, and traditional riding. The bright LED headlights ensure visibility and safety during nighttime rides.

This bike offers two battery options: a 36V 15AH battery and a 36V 18AH battery. The 15AH battery provides a range of 100-110 KM on power mode and 50-60 KM on pure electricity, while the 18AH battery extends the range to 120-130 KM on power mode and 60-70 KM on pure electricity. Both options come with a quick-charging 42V2AH charger, requiring only 4-6 hours to fully charge.

Constructed with high-quality materials, the Welkin City Electric Bike boasts aluminum handlebars and a front toothless semi-hidden bowl set. The all-aluminum alloy front fork measures 27.5" and is paired with quick flower drum hubs and 27.5" aluminum alloy double rims for enhanced stability and performance. The bike is equipped with front and rear mechanical disc brakes, ensuring reliable stopping power in various conditions.

The Heimano 7-speed variable system and 27.5" mountain bike tires (1.95/2.1) offer versatility and adaptability on different terrains. With a net weight of 26.5KG and a gross weight of 32KG, this e-bike is sturdy yet manageable. The package dimensions are 1432475CM.

The Welkin City Electric Bike includes a lower tube battery box and low power protection features, making it a dependable and long-lasting choice. It supports a weight capacity of up to 120KG.

Electric bikes with motor power under 250W can be used on UK public roads as long as it meets EAPC regulations, and they can be ridden by persons over the age of 14 years. 

Only bikes that comply with ‘Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles’ (EAPC) regulations can be used on UK public roads and do not require a licence, insurance, TAX or MOT.

Electric Bikes with more than 250W power cannot be used on UK public roads without first obtaining type approval, insurance, tax, MOT and displaying a number plate. Electric Bikes that have motors over 250W are sold on the basis of being used on private land with the landowner’s permission.
