SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order Confirmation

Upon ordering, we pre-authorise your card but do not charge it. We will verify the product's availability for shipment with our supplier, and then process the payment. If delays occur, we cancel the pre-authorisation and inform you.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed, and your payment has been processed, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over £500. Orders that fall under this amount will occur a shipping cost of £20.

Track Your Order

We’ll send you tracking details via email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us.
