Please read the conditions before requesting a price match:
- Items are identical. Including size, battery, motor, colour, warranty & specifications.
- The listed price must not incorporate any discounts.
- No additional promotional offers or vouchers can be applied on top of a price match.
- The item from the competitor must be in stock and available to purchase.
- The competitor's price must include UK delivery and be scheduled to arrive within 7 days.
- The competitor must be UK based and sell directly to customers.
- The competitor must be an online-only business.
- The competitor must also specialise in electric vehicles.
- Cannot be used with cycle to work scheme vouchers.
- We will not match against auction or marketplace websites.
- We are unable to offer a price match on accessories.
- We are unable to offer the best price match guarantee against clearance sales, auctions, closing down sales, pre-sales or specialist retailers such as market stalls, or retailer membership scheme discounts.
