Who can use Klarna?

To be eligible to use the Klarna you must:

  • Be a UK resident
  • Be at least 18
  • Have a valid bank card/bank account
  • Have a positive credit history
  • Be able to receive verification codes via text

What is Buy Now Pay Later and how does it work?

Pay in 3

Split your purchases into 3 interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is made at the point of purchase, with the remaining payments scheduled automatically every 30 days. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule, but you can make early payments anytime you wish.

Pay in 30

Make a purchase and wait for it to be delivered before paying. You only have to pay for what you keep.

Good to know: Missed payments and unpaid debts can incur fees and may be sent to debt collection. Contact Klarna if you are experiencing financial difficulties.

When is my payment due?

For pay in 3, the first payment is withdrawn when you check out on the store’s website, the remaining 2 payments are scheduled every 30 days. Find out more about other payment methods here.

How can I extend my due date?

Log in to Klarna's app to extend your due date. If the option to extend your due date is available it will be offered.

If you postpone your due date any upcoming payments for this order will be rescheduled to be withdrawn monthly from the new payment date. You can see updated payment plans in the app by tapping Show plan on the order page.

Please note, it is not possible to extend or change the due date of a Financing statement.
